The platform  is based on a recognition and assessment path of soft skills acquired during own life experiences. The aim is to provide to unemployed women with care loads useful competences for the world of work, in order to increase their empowerment and employability.

The platform is developed on 3 preparatory levels:

The first step provides the skills map: the strengths and the weakness on which to work. The skills were divided into 4 macro areas:

  • emotional
  • social/relational
  • cognitive/creative
  • implantation

in which you can place your life experiences.

The second step provides tools and suggestions on how to set up a more functional job search

The third is a legal step,at the time when you are looking for a job or when you are already in the labour market if you are in potentially discriminatory situations with respect to gender.
